How Delivery Time Is Calculated
Delivery time = processing time + shipping time. The delivery estimates in the table above cover shipping time only. Processing time comes first and includes production of your item, and it is not counted in those numbers.
- Standard (non-customized) products need about 1-2 days of production.
- Personalized products take a little longer, usually up to 3-5 days.

Carriers
We choose the most suitable delivery method for each parcel based on its weight and destination. Our carriers are 4PX, Yun Express, FedEx, and DHL.
Orders Sent in Several Packages
An order may be filled from more than one location, so items can arrive separately. When that happens:
- You will not pay any extra shipping.
- If a shipping fee applies to your order, it is split across the packages.
Delivery Address Restrictions
We cannot deliver to PO Box or BO Box addresses, or to military addresses. Please provide a street address so your order can be delivered directly to your home.
Tracking Your Package
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Because of the shipping method, tracking is not always available on free-shipping orders. See our Tracking Orders page for more help.
- Tracking seems stuck on one date. This is completely normal while a package travels from country to country. Once it reaches the US, it usually moves quickly to your door through USPS.
- Tracking says “no information available at the moment.” With some carriers it takes 2-5 business days for tracking details to appear in their system.
- Items from one order arrived separately. For logistical reasons, products from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even when combined shipping was requested.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Prices on our site are shown in USD and do not include taxes. Your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes when it arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility, and we are not liable for customs delays or additional fees.
